Nice summary of Autotask. I use it for many of the same reasons.  My techs use it to keep track of their daily activity.  I can do the reports I need to assess our key performance indicators.  It helps me with planning and staffing as well.

It&#039;s something that we aspire to and, in fact, our new Client Access portal DOES support multiple browsers. That means that now your clients can open any browser, access your branded client access portal, and submit tickets to you, see the status of other tickets they have submitted, review invoices, even access your knowledgebase.

Porting our core application over to support other browsers is on our roadmap, but it is a massive undertaking because of the size and complexity of the underlying code, and its reliance on Microsoft technology. But we&#039;re working hard to wean ourselves off it as fast as we can.</description>
